Having a healthier life is no longer senior citizen's daily routine work. In fact, It is everybody's chores to keep their body in a good condition. Everyone or most of the citizens in CITIES did try their best to be part of the FITNESS BULLET TRAIN. They tried to pay a certain amount of monthly fees to join the CLUBS which are mushrooming all over the cities. California fitness, celebrity fitness, true fitness......
Everybody get MAD when we are EXPOSED with all these CLUBS and get infected like no other ordinary viruses mankind had ever discovered all these while. Hot topic of the year? "Which GYM Center You Go?"


As for me, I am part of the infected victim but cured with super doper vaccine and I am immune to all these VIRUSes - currently
Of course you might think that I joined one of these centers....but I think I have to let you down. I get interested but I stopped myself for getting into it.
Why? Of course the monthly membership is the issue. I do think that having a good body figure and a healthy life need not to pay rm 100++ as for an exchange.
There are always PARKS and GARDENS all around our housing areas. We can easily get access to it without even paying a single CENT. Free facilities are provided and what for we need to waste in order to get the same results we want?


Back to the healthy life. What is healthy?
Having a fit and good looking figure means that you are healthy?
I don't really sees healthy in that way.
To have a good healthy life, we should have healthy meals and life style.
It isn't hard to have that, just that whether you want it or not.
